Recruitment application form

This is the form candidates fill in to apply for a job. It opens from an invitation link, without signing in, and can be shown in Arabic or English with the language selector at the top. Fields marked with a star are required.

Sections

• Personal details — Position, Full name (English) (English letters only), Full name (Arabic) (Arabic letters only), Date of birth (before today), Nationality, Gender and Marital status.
• Identity and contact — ID / Iqama number (10 digits starting with 1 or 2), ID expiry date, Passport number (letters and digits; optional for Saudi nationals), E-mail and Mobile number (9 to 15 digits).
• Driving license — switch on Has a driving license to enter the License type, License issue date and License expiry date (after the issue date).
• Address and language — City, Current address and English proficiency.
• Academic qualifications — at least one: Degree, Major, Graduation date, University and Country. Use Add a qualification for more (up to 10).
• Emergency contacts — at least one: Name, Relationship, City and Mobile number. Use Add a contact for more (up to 10).
• Attachments — PDF or image files (the CV may also be a Word file), up to the size shown on the form.

Attachments

• Required: ID / Iqama copy, Passport copy (not required for Saudi nationals), IBAN letter, CV and Academic certificates.
• Driving license copy — required when the candidate has a license.
• Optional: Family card (if any) and Dependents’ IDs (if any).

How to apply

1. Open the invitation link.
2. Fill in every section and attach the files with Choose file.
3. Tick I confirm the data I entered is true and correct.
4. Click Submit application. Your application was sent confirms it.

If some fields need a correction, a message at the top shows how many, and each field shows its own message. Files already accepted are kept and marked Uploaded:, so they don’t need to be chosen again.

Note

With a private invitation, the Position and E-mail are set by the invitation and cannot be changed, and the link works for one application only.

Caution

A link that is unknown, already used, expired or revoked shows Invalid invitation link instead of the form. The candidate should contact the HR specialist.

Required permission

None. Anyone with a valid invitation link can open the form.
