Changelog

Version numbers group the system’s development stages; dates are when the changes were made.

  • Supervisors can open the monthly report list; it shows their reports without company totals.
  • Administrators can approve or reject a leave request at any level.
  • Locking a month follows the lock permission instead of the Finance role only.
  • One set of screen names across the menu, page titles and the roles screen.
  • Importing employees asks for their approval workflow and gives them a join date and leave balances.
  • Exporting employees or rent employees downloads the list as shown, with its filters and search.
  • New-password fields show the password rules set in Settings.
  • The Favorites star is available on every page.
  • An employee whose assignment on a project ended can be added to it again.
  • HR users can add employees (the supervisor field now shows for them).
  • Public recruitment links record when they were last used, and the HR e-mail receives new applications.
  • The recruitment export follows its own permission.
  • The users and roles lists only show the buttons you can use.
  • The employee page shows all its tabs on a laptop screen.
  • A new, consistent interface for every screen in Arabic and English, with dark mode; data shows as soon as a page opens.
  • A new dashboard: actual employees against contract numbers per project, employees per supervisor and branch, and daily follow-up counts for residence permits, leave requests and employees without a project.
  • A complete settings screen: branding (name, logo, colours and page layout), language and formats, e-mail, company, leave policy, notifications, recruitment and security.
  • An activity log for the whole system and for each employee.
  • Public holidays, counted automatically in leave days.
  • A timeline of each employee’s moves between projects, companies and supervisors, with tabs that open instantly on the employee page.
  • Multi-level approval workflows for leave requests, and ending a leave early with the remaining days returned to the balance.
  • User and role management with a clear permission matrix.
  • Private recruitment invitations and public links, with an approval chain for applications and the hiring decision.
  • Locking a month and producing its files run in the background without holding up work.
  • More accurate leave balances, monthly billing and project contract reports.
  • Tighter permissions: each user sees and edits only what is theirs; a supervisor sees their own employees and projects.
  • Stronger password rules and better protection of accounts and attachments.
  • The browser tab title shows the company name and the page name.
  • Switching between a private invitation and a public link no longer sends the invitation before its details are entered.
  • Attachments no longer appear on the printed recruitment application, and a file missing from the server shows “Not available” instead of a broken link.
