Language, format and label settings
These two settings tabs control how information is shown and printed. Language & Format sets the default language, how dates and times are written, and how many rows lists show. Labels sets the default layout of the unit labels you print, including the label size, the code type and the details printed on each label.
To open them, from the side menu choose System › Settings, then open the Language & Format or Labels tab.
Language and format fields
Section titled “Language and format fields”The Language & Regional Format panel contains:
- Default Language — Arabic or English. The language for new users and the sign-in page; each user can switch it.
- Records per Page — 10, 15, 25, 50 or 100 records. How many rows lists show per page unless a user picks another size.
- Date Format — 2026-09-01 (YYYY-MM-DD), 01/09/2026 (DD/MM/YYYY), 09/01/2026 (MM/DD/YYYY) or 01-09-2026 (DD-MM-YYYY).
- Time Format — 24-hour (15:30) or 12-hour (03:30 PM).
How to change language and format
Section titled “How to change language and format”- Open the Language & Format tab.
- Choose the values you need.
- Click Save Display Preferences, or Cancel to discard your changes.
Label fields
Section titled “Label fields”The Unit labels panel holds defaults; each print can change them.
- Label size — 30 × 20 mm, 50 × 25 mm, 70 × 40 mm or A4 sheet (3 × 8).
- Code type — QR code, Code 128 barcode or QR code and barcode. QR codes hold more data in less space; Code 128 suits handheld laser scanners.
- Fields on the label — tick the unit details printed under the code: Product, Code, Serial number, Location and Warehouse.
How to change label settings
Section titled “How to change label settings”- Open the Labels tab.
- Choose the Label size and Code type.
- Tick the Fields on the label you want printed.
- Click Save label settings, or Cancel to discard your changes.
Required permission
Section titled “Required permission”Manage settings.
