Products report
The products report shows stock per product: how many units you hold, how many are available or on the way, where they are, and what they are worth. Use it to spot products that are out of stock and to see the value tied up in each product.
Summary cards
Section titled “Summary cards”- Total Products
- In Stock
- Out of Stock
- Total Valuation
Filters
Section titled “Filters”- Search by product name, description, category… — free-text search.
- Category — products of one category.
- Breakdown — stock status: In Stock or Out of Stock.
- Warehouse — count only the stock in one warehouse.
- Status — Active or Inactive products.
- Clear — removes all filters.
Columns
Section titled “Columns”- Product
- Category
- Total Stock
- Available
- In Transit
- Breakdown — units by status.
- Warehouse Distribution — units per warehouse.
- Avg Cost / Unit
- Total Value
- Status — active or inactive.
You can sort by product, category, total stock, available units, total value or status by clicking the column header.
How to run and export
Section titled “How to run and export”- From the side menu, open Reports, then click Products report.
- Type in the search box or pick the filters you need.
- Click Export to Excel. The file contains the products that match your current search and filters, including issued units.
Required permission
Section titled “Required permission”You need the view inventory reports permission. Stock figures only cover warehouses you have access to.
