In-transit aging
This report lists the transfers that have been handed over to a carrier but not yet received at the destination, and shows how long each one has been on the road. Use it to follow up on late shipments before stock goes missing. The oldest transfers appear first.
Age groups
Section titled “Age groups”Cards at the top count the transfers in each age group. Click a card to show only that group; click it again to show all.

- 1–3 days
- 3–7 days
- 7–14 days
- Over 14 days
Older groups are highlighted in warning colours when they contain transfers.
Filters
Section titled “Filters”- Warehouse — transfers leaving or arriving at one warehouse. Only warehouses you have access to are listed.
- Age group — selected with the cards above.
Columns
Section titled “Columns”- Transfer — the movement number.
- Route — source and destination warehouses.
- Carrier — carrier name and phone.
- Age — days since handover, shown as N days.
- Units
- Value
- Delivery code — when the delivery code expires; Code expired is shown if it has already expired.
How to use it
Section titled “How to use it”- From the side menu, open Reports, then click In-transit aging.
- Pick a Warehouse if needed, and click an age card to focus on late transfers.
- Contact the carrier or the receiving warehouse for any transfer that has been travelling too long.
Required permission
Section titled “Required permission”You need the view inventory reports permission.
