Language and notifications

The Notifications tab of your profile holds your personal preferences: the language of the interface and which notifications are also sent to your email.

Change these settings when you prefer to work in another language, or when you receive too many or too few emails.

How to open your preferences

1. Click your name in the top bar.
2. Click My profile.
3. Select the Notifications tab.

How to change your preferences

1. In Language, choose العربية or English.
2. Under Email notifications, tick the types you want to receive by email and clear the others.
3. Click Save preferences.

Fields

• Language — the interface language. It is also used for the emails you receive.
• Email notifications — choose which notifications are also sent to your email:
  • Approval requests — issues and write-offs waiting for your approval.
  • Movement updates — handover and status changes of movements in your warehouses.
  • Transfer discrepancies — missing or damaged units reported on receipt.
  • Low stock — products dropping below their minimum stock.
  • Transfer alerts — expiring delivery codes and transfers in transit too long.
  • Asset alerts — overdue assignments and units expiring soon.

Note

In-app notifications are always on. These choices only control the extra copy sent by email.

Who can do this

Every signed-in user can change their own preferences.
