Global search
The global search finds records across the whole system from one box: inventory units, movements, products, customers, suppliers and warehouses. It is available at the top of every page, so you can jump straight to a unit or a movement without opening its list first.
Use it when you have a code, serial number, movement number or name and want to open the matching record quickly.
What it searches
Section titled “What it searches”- Inventory units — by system code, unit code or serial number.
- Movements — by movement number or reference number.
- Products — by name.
- Customers — by name, phone or email.
- Suppliers — by name or code.
- Warehouses — by name or code.
Results only include what you are allowed to see. Units, movements and warehouses are limited to the warehouses you can access, and a group is hidden when your role cannot view that kind of record.
