Changelog

Version numbers group the system’s development stages; dates are when the changes were made.

  • Employee codes and iqama numbers are tidied up when saved (extra spaces and letter case), so the same employee is no longer entered twice by mistake.
  • Other systems connected through the API can correct an employee’s code or iqama number.
  • The colour code field in Branding is always shown; typing a colour selects Custom.
  • Two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app and recovery codes, and an option to require it for super admins.
  • API tokens, so other systems (such as HR) can read housing data and keep employees and projects up to date.
  • Company name in Arabic and English, one page layout for everyone and a custom main colour in Settings › General settings › Branding.
  • Units now belong to their building; contracts cover the building’s units, and a renewal transfers them to the new contract. Duplicate units from earlier versions were merged.
  • Amounts are stored to the exact halala, so schedules and reports add up exactly.
  • New contracts are always created with the guided wizard.
  • Excel imports and the daily reminders run in the background without holding up work.
  • Long lists in drop-downs (lessors, brokers, buildings, contracts, employees) are searched as you type.
  • Stronger protection of accounts: sign-in attempt limits and safer browser settings.
  • The “page not found” screen, the reading of typed dates and the browser tab title.
  • A new, consistent interface for every screen in Arabic and English, with dark mode.
  • A dashboard: occupancy, employees housed, rent due and overdue, contracts ending soon, unpaid meter invoices and rooms over capacity.
  • The new contract wizard: lessor and broker, building, terms, units and rooms, meters and the rent schedule in one go, saved as a draft.
  • The housing board: each building floor by floor, with housing, moving, checking out and bulk housing.
  • Rent payments and meter invoices across all contracts, with marking several as paid at once.
  • Buildings with a layout generator for units, rooms and beds, and a printable QR label for each room.
  • Employees with their project and housing history, and Excel imports to add, deactivate or move employees.
  • Six reports with charts, Excel export and printing: housing analysis, housing with averages, cost analysis, contract value breakdown, rent payments and meter invoices.
  • Users, roles with a permission matrix, and limits by region and project.
  • A complete settings screen: branding, language and formats, e-mail, reminders and security.
  • Daily reminders in the bell and by e-mail, and an audit log of every change.
  • Rent schedules are calculated from the start date, duration, payment cycle and annual rent, and only the unpaid instalments are rebuilt when the terms change.
  • Reports spread each contract’s cost over the days of the period.
  • Contract renewal: moving the residents’ units from an ending contract to its renewal.
  • Employee housing in buildings, units and rooms.
  • The housing analysis report and the housing report with averages.
