Fuel logs

The Fuel logs screen lists every fill-up recorded for your vehicles, with the liters, the price, the total cost and the odometer reading at the time.

Use it to follow fuel spending, open fuel invoices, and add, edit or delete fill-ups.

What’s on this screen

• Summary cards for the current month:
  • Fuel cost this month — the sum of the fill-up totals.
  • Liters this month.
  • Average price per liter — the month’s cost divided by its liters, so large fill-ups weigh more.
  • Fill-ups this month.
• Search box Search by plate or driver….
• Vehicle filter.
• Period filter on the fuel date — This month, Last month, Last 90 days or This year.
• Add fill-up button.
• Table columns: Vehicle (plate, brand and driver), Fuel date, Liters, Price per liter, Total, Odometer and Invoice. The invoice column shows a link when a file is attached, and — when not.
• Row icons: view, edit and delete.

How to open the fuel logs

1. From the side menu, open Operations.
2. Click Fuel.

How to work with a fill-up

1. Click a row, or the eye icon, to open its details, including the previous fill-up, the distance since it and the km per liter.
2. Click the pencil icon to edit it.
3. Click the trash icon, then confirm in the Delete fuel log dialog. The fill-up and its invoice are deleted.

Note

Adding, editing and deleting need the Create, Edit and Delete permissions of Fuel in the role editor. You only see the fill-ups of vehicles in the projects and cities you are assigned to.
