Notifications center

The notifications center lists every notification sent to you, newest first, so you can catch up on anything you missed. Once a day the system sends Today’s reminders, a summary of what needs attention: SIM cards whose plan renews soon, provider invoices due soon and invoices already overdue.

To open it, click the bell icon at the top of the screen, then View all notifications at the bottom of the list. The red badge on the bell shows how many notifications you have not read yet.

What’s on this screen

• All and Unread (N): tabs that filter the list; N is the number of unread notifications.
• Mark all as read: appears when there are unread notifications and marks them all as read.
• The list. Unread notifications are highlighted and marked with a dot.

Columns

• Notification: the title, Today’s reminders, with the summary underneath, for example Today: 2 SIMs renew soon, 1 invoice is due soon and no invoice is overdue. Counts are worded in the singular or plural as needed.
• Status: Unread or Read. An unread reminder with overdue invoices is shown in red.
• Date: when the notification was sent.
• A tick icon, Mark as read, on unread rows.

When there is nothing to show, the page displays No notifications.

Who receives the reminders

Each active user receives only what they may see:

• renewals of SIM plans, if they can view SIM cards;
• invoices due soon and overdue, if they can view Invoices.

A user who can see neither receives no reminders, and a day with nothing to remind sends nothing. Each user receives at most one summary a day.

How to open a notification

1. Click the notification row.
2. The notification is marked as read and the related screen opens: the Invoice aging report (or Invoices) when invoices are due or overdue, otherwise the Upcoming renewals report (or SIM cards). The reports open only for users who can view reports.

Tip

You can also act from the bell itself: click a notification in the list to open it, or Mark all as read at the top.

Note

How many days in advance reminders are sent, the time of the daily summary and whether they are also sent by e-mail are set by an administrator in Settings › General settings › Notifications. The e-mail lists each SIM and invoice concerned, for example SIM … (…) renews on …. or Invoice … (…): … due on ….

Required permission

None: every signed-in user sees their own notifications.
