Add or edit a provider
Add a provider before adding its plans and SIM cards. The form records the company’s name, contact details and your account number with it.
From the side menu, open Providers & billing › Providers and click Add provider. To edit a provider, click Edit on the provider page or the pencil icon in the list.
Fields
Section titled “Fields”- Name (required): must not belong to another provider. The SIM import matches providers by this name.
- Phone and Email: the email must be a valid address.
- Account no.: your account number with the provider.

How to add a provider
Section titled “How to add a provider”- Click Add provider.
- Fill in the fields.
- Click Save provider, or Cancel to close without saving.
The provider page opens with the message Added. Add its plans from there.
Required permissions
Section titled “Required permissions”Providers › Add to add; Providers › Edit to edit.
