Changelog

Version numbers group the system’s development stages; dates are when the changes were made.

  • The Eleva logo, mark and browser icon are shown until your organisation uploads its own, in the page language and matching light or dark mode.
  • Eleva orange is the default colour scheme. A colour your organisation already chose is kept.
  • Buttons that open a link (such as Download the template) are drawn as one box.
  • Arabic wording: Timesheet is called نظام الدوام, and providers مزودو الخدمة, everywhere.
  • A per-account sign-in limit: after ten wrong passwords in 15 minutes, signing in to that account is paused for 15 minutes from every address, and the owner is told by e-mail.
  • An Office time zone in Settings › General settings › Language & formats: it decides “today” for assignments, payments, reminders and reports, and the time the daily digest is sent.
  • Password confirmation is smoother: signing in counts as a confirmation, typing your own password in the user form is enough, and changing the digest’s extra recipients asks for it too.
  • After ten wrong passwords in 10 minutes when the password is asked again, the session is signed out and the owner is told by e-mail.
  • Keyboard and screen-reader use: a Skip to content link, menu groups that fold, focus that returns to where you were after closing a dialog, and every button and field named.
  • Password confirmation before sensitive changes (users, roles, API tokens, e-mail and security settings, recovery codes and turning two-factor sign-in off), valid for 15 minutes.
  • An option to require two-factor sign-in for administrators: super admins and anyone who can manage users, roles, API tokens or settings.
  • Security e-mails to account owners: a changed sign-in e-mail (sent to the old address), a changed or reset password, two-factor sign-in turned off, too many wrong passwords or codes, and a new API token that can act as them.
  • The Uninvoiced SIMs report takes into account the status each SIM had during the period, from its history.
  • A hand-over recorded by mistake can be deleted, and the previous holder’s assignment opens again.
  • When assigning a SIM from a future date, the SIM and employee lists offer only those free for the chosen dates.
  • New passwords need at least one letter and one number; existing passwords keep working.
  • New API tokens expire (a year by default, at most two years); only a super admin can create one that never expires.
  • Every screen is checked automatically in Arabic and English, light and dark, on desktop and phone sizes.
  • A new interface for every screen, in Arabic and English, with dark mode and a choice of colours and layouts.
  • SIM statuses (active, suspended, lost, cancelled): a SIM leaving service is returned from its holder.
  • Hand-over and return: give a SIM to another employee in one step, return it to stock, correct dates, with the full history of each SIM and each employee.
  • Provider invoices with a line for each SIM, several payments per invoice, and attachments that open only for signed-in users allowed to see invoices.
  • A dashboard and eight reports with Excel export: SIM inventory, active assignments, employees without a SIM, cost per employee, spend by provider, invoice aging, uninvoiced SIMs and upcoming renewals.
  • Daily reminders of plan renewals and invoices due or overdue, in the bell and by e-mail.
  • A complete settings screen: branding, language and formats, e-mail, reminders and security, with two-factor sign-in.
  • Users, roles with a permission matrix, and an audit log of every change.
  • API tokens, so that Timesheet keeps the employee list up to date; employees are no longer typed by hand.
  • The same data as the first version is used: nothing is lost, and each role keeps what it could do.
  • Plan renewals are counted from the activation date of each SIM.
  • Seven reports: SIM inventory, active assignments, employees without a SIM, invoice aging, revenue, uninvoiced active SIMs and upcoming renewals.
  • Employees brought from Timesheet, with search by employee code and filters on the lists.
  • SIM cards with their number, serial, provider and plan.
  • Providers and their plans.
  • Assigning SIM cards to employees.
  • Provider invoices.
  • Users, roles and an activity log.
